Why not put this one in your pocket and take it along with you today 🙂

Judgment is so prevalent in our lives. But, changes in this one aspect of ourselves and our society would turn this world upside down….shake it up…and transmit love & acceptance in ever widening circles. Win-win.

Most of my mantras are ones that come to me when I am in self reflection. I just realized I have become quite attached to them as they hold the energy of some powerful moments of transformation for me. This one helps me prepare for being with family. 🙂

  5. We must “notice” our thoughts and try to “let them go”… great mantra! Instead of judging we should be more compassionate…it is a real “spiritual discipline”… thank you Val! ♥
