I hope you are transitioning with ease into Autumn! October brings cooler times, interesting sunlight and changing colors. It’s also a time for introspection and letting go of what we no longer need in preparation for the Winter ahead.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the season correlates with endings and taking in new inspiration. Life is always changing and this is the time to embrace its natural ebb and flow.

The theme for October is to embrace the Metal Element and the hidden treasures within us, as well as finding inspiration and a sense of balance.

We will also get together via Zoom on Saturday October 22nd at 12.00noon ET/ 9.00am PT / 5.00pm GMT for a Middle Ground Community mini-retreat! This is a free offering with optional donations.

A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience

WEDNESDAY

12.00pm – 1.00pm EST

Gentle Yoga Hour

Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.

FRIDAY

9.30am – 10.45am EST

Gentle Energy Yoga

A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.

SUNDAY

10.30am – 11.45am EST

Gentle Yoga

A nourishing yoga class for every body

All regular classes are online via Zoom.

A private link will be sent before the meeting.

🍁 Middle Ground Community Gathering Saturday October 22nd 12noon – 1.30pm ET

🍁Chanticleer walks are Thursdays at 10.30am. Connect with nature and with each other.

Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to all live classes and FREE video recordings.

There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.

October Community Membership $60.00 – $140.00

NOTE: I will be on retreat at Kripalu Yoga Center from October 7-10. There will not be live classes on that Friday, Sunday or Monday.

Choose your pledge amount based on your means, number of classes you anticipate for the month and your support for the community. As a member you will also receive 15 practice recordings and 10 Vimeo showcase videos to view in your own time.

$60 for 0 – 4 live classes (and practice recordings and showcase videos)

$80 for 5 – 7 live classes  

$100 for 8 – 10 live classes              

$140 for 11+  live classes
