Let joy fill your heart
No matter what the season
Find your Middle Ground
~

No matter the weather, the season of the year or the season of your life, you can find peace within.

Find your Middle Ground is about stepping away from stressful days and anxious minds, and taking time to pause. What better time of year than late autumn, to pause, let go and settle in for a while. It’s the way of nature, after all.

When we take time to become present, and to embrace whatever is arising within us, we allow our life energy to flow. We open the door to healing, and our natural state of being – accepting, loving, kind and content. Most of us are so distracted and moving so fast that we get caught up in the world of “doing” or worrying about what we should be doing.
Too much doing and thinking disconnects us from our sense of Being and our true nature.

I write about finding this deep place of connection, contentment and peace in the highs and lows of life. I call it our Middle Ground.

Namaste

A fine Haiku and accompanying text. I really like the snow and umbrellas photograph.

I am a big fan of tiny poems so haiku rank number one on my list. I love the seasonal influence in your poem and the elegant thought of the emotion!
