“Life is made up of moments. Small pieces of glittering mica in a long stretch of grey cement.
It would be wonderful if they came to us unsummoned, but particularly in lives as busy as the ones most of us lead now, that won’t happen.
We have to teach ourselves how to make room for them, to love them, and to live, really live.”
Anna Quindlen “A Short Guide to a Happy Life”
Whenever we create space for ourselves and pause in order to simply be, we find the pieces that make life meaningful.
“Whenever we create space for ourselves and pause in order to simply be, we find the pieces that make life meaningful.” Truly profound, Val…

Lovely quote! We can only really live by attending to the present momnet; that is, after all, the only reality 🙂

Lovely – the photo is near McLeod’s tables & coral beach?

Yes indeed Nexi! Well spotted that it is Skye. It was a magical moment when the sun came out and we sat on the coral beach soaking it all in.

Ah, we tour the west coast often and stayed at Borreraig overlooking Dunvegan last year … part of our psyche…!

Thanks Tiny. This is a coral beach on the north west coast of Scotland! The coral has come all the way from the Caribbean via the gulf stream.
