* Life is Made Up of Moments

Anna Quindlen’s words came back to me today. I hope you enjoy this lovely reminder. ๐Ÿ’›

Find Your Middle Ground

in the moment

โ€œLife is made up of moments.ย Small pieces of glittering mica in a long stretch of grey cement.

It would be wonderful if they came to us unsummoned, but particularly in lives as busy as the ones most of us lead now, that wonโ€™t happen.

We have to teach ourselves how to make room for them, to love them, and to live, really live.โ€ย

Anna Quindlen โ€œA Short Guide to ย a Happy Lifeโ€

joyful moment

Whenever we create space for ourselves and pause in order to simply be, we find the pieces that make life meaningful.

  1. This is so true.. Long may we pause to take those meaningful moments in our lives. Today we are so busy rushing around, before we know it time moves us forward and we look back and wonder where all those moments went..

Make the most of every one Val.. Love and Light to you my friend xxx
