Find Your Middle Ground

Find your Middle Ground
In the highs and lows,
Rest in your Being

Find your Middle Ground is about stepping away from stressful days and the highs and lows of life, and taking time to pause.

When we rest in this place,  we are able to let go of judgments and how we wish things “should” be. We allow ourselves to open up to what is in this moment, and in doing so, connect with our authentic being and life energy.

There will always be ups and downs in life. We can find contentment when we take time out to rest in our Being.

  1. Thank you! Some life changes happening, and I’m not worried about the ups and downs, but your line “opening up to what is”, is the theme in my head. I’m focused on being open to what it is, not what I expected it to be. Life is so much better that way – and I love that you managed to touch on it in this post. I love little messages from the Universe like this!!

  2. Ah! ‘Rest in our Being,’ yes, Val! It is comforting when we know that no matter what our outward circumstances there is great purpose as we walk through our struggles.
    I hope you are well!

      • I’m an “Empath”, Val, so yes I do “feel”. You wouldn’t believe how many blogs I feel nothing. Not many show their Hearts, not even among the “light workers”. When you show your Heart you become vulnerable and not too many are willing to do that. Keep that Beautiful Heart of yours open and the Miracles that will be attracted to you …. SMILE! BIG HUGS!!! XOXOXO

  4. I am Japanese.
    I forcibly tried it as a Japanese haiku.

    中道の 高くて低い 憩いかな

    If English literary translation;
    “Middle Ground’s high and low rest”
