Find your Middle Ground
In the highs and lows,
Rest in your Being
~

Find your Middle Ground is about stepping away from stressful days and the highs and lows of life, and taking time to pause.

When we rest in this place, ย we are able to let go of judgments and how we wish things “should” be. We allow ourselves to open up to what is in this moment, and in doing so, connect with our authentic being and life energy.

There will always be ups and downs in life. We can find contentment when we take time out to rest in our Being.

  5. Thank you! Some life changes happening, and I’m not worried about the ups and downs, but your line “opening up to what is”, is the theme in my head. I’m focused on being open to what it is, not what I expected it to be. Life is so much better that way – and I love that you managed to touch on it in this post. I love little messages from the Universe like this!!

      1. I’m an “Empath”, Val, so yes I do “feel”. You wouldn’t believe how many blogs I feel nothing. Not many show their Hearts, not even among the “light workers”. When you show your Heart you become vulnerable and not too many are willing to do that. Keep that Beautiful Heart of yours open and the Miracles that will be attracted to you …. SMILE! BIG HUGS!!! XOXOXO

โ— About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
