    • Even the tough ones are precious… I found that out today as I guided my older yogis into a new pose. I sensed their discomfort and felt for them…. and yet, the lesson was to embrace everything that comes up, be compassionate and take responsibility for our feelings. It was an interesting discussion afterwards.
