Take time to pause in your day and find the quietness within.

  2. I have started meditation. I try and always add on 6 min after my yoga session ans then i am trying for another 6 min before bed. The fact that i am actually sitting still that long is amazing (2 min is my old record!) but i am learning to embrace the silence! Beautiful post!
