* Life is Like … a chunk of cheddar cheese

Life is like … a chunk of cheddar cheese

chunk of cheddar cheese

It is magnificent and remarkable! Yep – I love it that much ❤

Look after it or it will become blue and moldy

When taken care of, it can last a surprisingly long time

It gets sweaty sometimes and smelly too

It is resilient and survives shredding, grating, melting and crumbling

Make something of it

Experiment with it

Savor every moment of it

…. Don’t let it go to the dogs 😉

    1. I thought it was Scottish cheddar Hariod … but you know it does have that bright orange look! Life is like chunk of Red Leicester too 😉

      1. Yes of course! I used to buy Orkney Cheddar which has a reddish hue. Mull of Kintyre cheddar is sensational stuff – white though. I’m off message here I know Val; typically un-philosophical of me – cheesuz!

  7. I love cheese – great metaphor for life Val! I also like the line, “Don’t let it go to the dogs…” Cheese is not good for dogs, for real. ❤

  12. I love cheese – like I want to grow up and marry it! But, alas, so does my dog… so while the cheese won’t go to the dogs… and little piece shall be broken off to share! I figure, that’s honoring and respecting the cheese, too 🙂
