Haiku – words

~
Words can distract us
From truth that is unfolding
Think less, tune in more
~

So many voices and opinions are jamming the airways and keeping us preoccupied and alert. I find this energy and noise so exhausting, even when the voices appear to align with my own thoughts.

That’s the issue. We no longer have time to connect to our own thoughts or inner knowing, because we are so busy listening to others. Tuning out, literally.

For me, it’s time to stop the feed and the constant chiming in and clammering. Our attention is being forced into a chaotic world that is in the process of recreating itself.

Do we want to contribute to the chaos, or add to the peace? It starts within each one of us.

When we take time to leave the noise behind and tune inwards, we will find the peace that we need to connect to our ground of Being.

In the many voices of today, we forget the most important one comes from deep within. This is our true guide, and comes from unconditional love of life itself.
