The muse comes and goes
Natural as the ocean tides
Get ready to surf.

Take time for your Self
The mind settles with patience
Find your middle ground

It seems that my Blogging muse has been on vacation for a while, but now she has comes back, refreshed and inspired. It does take acceptance, trust and patience.

While she was away, I have been enjoying teaching yoga online and sharing some different aspects of moving Prana and Qi with Yin Yoga and Qi Gong. It’s a wonderful way to really slow down, take care of the body, and be mindful of the natural energy and vibration within us. For those who are curious, you can find out more on the Yoga Community page.

The next wave has come and I’m ready for the ride. I remembered what brought me to blogging in the first place. It evolved from my coaching practice and served as a way to communicate insights and wisdom to reach more people. I shared inspiration from my own journey of Finding My Middle Ground and awakening of spirit.

It was a way for me to support others going through the highs and lows of life, as I was also experiencing challenges and finding my way towards loving acceptance, letting go and an awakening of spirit.

I now realize I am in a different place. I now live from my Middle Ground rather than searching for it. Sometimes the ego flares and old fears rise up, but I have the awareness and tools to come back to balance. I am content with life and grateful for whatever comes my way.

I am no longer a seeker, yet want to keep learning and continue to support others on their path. Instead of sharing with you as I walk through the fire, I will step back and be with you. I will hold space and listen from a deeper place of knowing and intuition.

My door is open for those who want to reach out and talk. Find out more at the Find your Middle Ground Guidance page.

  1. Ahh .. one of my early poems was published in an Anthology called “Melpomene” ..From Greek mythology, Melpomene , initially the muse of chorus, eventually became the muse of tragedy, and is now best known in that association.

  2. The heart can be nothing but open…even though we try so hard to block its love. But finally open and understood the beauty found must be shared because we know that we would want that too. Great post and welcome back, more open and sharing well 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

  4. I’m feeling that wave of coming back here, too, Val. I like how you say she comes and goes. The mind may think she should be one way or another, but maybe our job is to just flow with where she wants to go or not go next.
