“I only went out for a walk but decided to stay out until sundown, for going out, I found was really going in.” ~ John Muir
John Muir sums it up so simply and beautifully.
When we open up to nature’s landscape we open up to our own inner landscape.
Let yourself feel nourished and refreshed when walking in nature.
Connect to your inner being and let nature restore and uplift you.
Oh yeah

Synchronicity! I had a really wonderful, long walk in the woods and fields today (the sun was so brilliant, the sky so blue) and it felt SO great to be out there breathing in and out, the best meditation walk I’ve had in a long time! LOVE this photo. 🙂
