🌲 December Community News 🌲

I am writing this post from Scotland. It has been a busy year going back and from between Pennsylvania and East Lothian. We are in the final clearing out of my Mum’s house before renovations start in January. No matter what has been going on with you, I know that this can be a challenging time of year. Let’s not forget what this season is about and give each other a little more kindness. Give yourself some loving support as well.

Welcome to the December Community News! Happy Holidays everyone 🥰

Here you will find the latest class schedule and events, and the options for making a donation.

Winter has arrived in the northern hemisphere, and is showing up with winds of change along with anticipation of the Holidays. It’s easy to be carried away with what is expected of us, and in doing so we can feel drained and stressed. More than ever this is the time to find balance. Like a ship having ballast in a stormy sea, we will focus on touching the calm center of our being and take good care of the body, mind and spirit.

I will be in Scotland from December 3 -14th. Classes resume on Monday 15th with Gentle Empowering Yoga at 9.30am ET.

🎈POP-UP YOGA🎈Please join me on Thursday December 18th at 10.45am. Enjoy Kripalu Gentle Yoga with some hands on goodness. Class starts at 10.45 at Radiant Heart Yoga and Wellness, 2725 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. The suggested donation is $20. Please reserve your spot by paying me directly.

🌀Energy Re-Sets 🌀 This special offering includes seven 8-15 minute videos to play each day of the week, or when you feel stressed, anxious or out of balance. Val guides you in techniques that come from the traditions of Yoga, Qi Gong and Chinese Medicine and are backed by modern science and adapted for everyday life. These are yours to access online or download. Suggested donation is $35.

Treat yourself or introduce a friend for a FREE class. Simply complete the form below.

  6. A beautiful blend of real‑life busyness and grounded presence, Val. Agree, this is a time of year to pause, soften expectations, and return to the calm center of our being, which feels especially needed this December. Your words are always such a gift to your community. Wishing you ease with the house clearing, and wonderful moments in Scotland, and a peaceful holiday season.
