Thank you for being part of our Middle Ground Community as we slowly unwind from Summer here in the Northern Hemisphere!
The Yoga schedule for September remains the same. Let us embrace yoga together from the comfort of our own spaces 🙏🏻
If you would like to meet in person, then our next 🎈POP-UP Yoga Gathering 🎈is Thursday September 7th from 10.00am-11.00am, at the Living Room and Cricket Cafe, Cricket Avenue, Ardmore PA. Please let me know if you plan to join us, as space is limited.
Please note that I will be in Italy from September 12th through Monday September 25th.
If you would like to donate for the month, then please discount your amount depending on the number of live classes you think you can attend. Monthly members will also receive a showcase of 12 Vimeo recordings to watch during the month and while I am away. * See suggestions below*
This is the time of year with a lessening in intensity, a softening, rounding and ripening. Our ease through life transitions is tied to the health and stability of the earth element in us. Late Summer is associated with the Earth Element in Chinese medicine, encouraging healthy movement of energy, stronger digestion, and a nourishing relationship with ourselves, others and the Earth itself.

A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience
WEDNESDAY
12.00pm – 1.00pm EST
Gentle Yoga Hour
Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.
FRIDAY
9.30am – 10.45am EST
Gentle Energy Yoga
A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.
SUNDAY
10.30am – 11.45am EST
Gentle Yoga
A nourishing yoga class for every body – Beginners welcome!
All regular classes are online via Zoom.
A private link will be sent before the meeting.

💐 Walks at Chanticleer on Thursdays at 10.10am. No parking reservations needed.
Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to Zoom recordings of all live classes and 12 FREE video recordings to enjoy in their own time
There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.

Monthly Membership
Monthly members receive recordings of all live classes and a Vimeo showcase of videos to watch at any time. (Please pay at the beginning of the month)
