It’s Christmas Day already here down under, in fact its after 1pm. Balance…is that where we zoom around with the happiness and laughter, big kids and little, eat till your full meter has gone home in terror and you finally stagger home and your body screams sleep, sleep, sleep? But you do have a great idea dear lady, maybe I should have balanced first with some yoga…so I could feel delightfully balanced to handle that mayhem 🤣

We did the bulk of our celebrating yesterday with my sister’s family . . . and came through unscathed. Today will be a quiet day with hearts centered.
Aah . . . All is calm. All is bright. All is chilly!
