When you check in towards the end of the day and realize that you have 2000 steps to go to meet your goal on your fitness tracker!

Turn the volume up and dance like no-one is watching 💃🏻 🕺🏽

    Oh, I know about trying to get those last steps and get them fast enough the heart rate goes up enough to count as exercise. I really like that last song, “Take on Me” I’ve heard it several times and didn’t know what it was. I’ll have to add it to my walking playlist. Thanks. On these days where the weather is even too bad to go to the gym, I walk in the house. 60 ft long. 😉
