Thank you for being part of our Middle Ground Community! As we move into Autumn, here in the Northern Hemisphere, the days are growing shorter, and the shadows longer. Soon the leaves will change into all their glory before letting go. It’s one of my favorite times of the year, yet it can be tough for many as we move towards Winter.

The theme for Autumn is to honor where we are, nurture ourselves and begin to let go of what no longer serves us. In our Energy and Yin practices we will be taking care of the lungs and boosting our immune system.

🎃 Please note that I will be away on retreat and exploring some fall magic at Kripalu Center from October 25 – November 1.

Third Thursday In-Person Kripalu Gentle Yoga will be at Radiant Heart Yoga and Wellness, 2725 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA 19008. Mark your calendar for Thursday October 17th.

Gentle Empowering Yoga

Gentle yoga with some challenge for people with yoga experience, with options to adapt.

WEDNESDAY

12.00pm – 1.00pm EST

Gentle Yoga Hour

Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.

FRIDAY

9.30am – 10.45am EST

Gentle Energy Yoga

A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.

SUNDAY

10.30am – 11.45am EST

Gentle Nourishing Yoga

A nurturing yoga class for every body – Beginners welcome!

All regular classes are online via Zoom.

A private link will be sent before the meeting.

🧡 Walking at Chanticleer Garden on Thursdays at 10.10 am. The garden close on Sunday November 3rd.

🧡 THIRD THURSDAY In-Person Yoga on October 17th at 10.45am ET

🍁 Mark your calendar form our Kripalu Yin min-retreat on Sundy November 10th from 1.00pm-3.00pm at Radiant Heart, Broomall

Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to Zoom recordings of all live classes and 12 FREE video recordings to enjoy in their own time

There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.

Monthly Membership Scale of Donation $60.00- $150.00

Monthly members receive recordings of all live classes and a Vimeo showcase of 12 videos to watch at any time. (Please pay at the beginning of the month)

At "Find Your Middle Ground" Val brings together her experience as a life coach, yoga teacher, spiritual explorer and mentor, to inspire awakening to the light and greater understanding within us all.     Hi Val, I’m Diane .. My osteoporosis Dr. (Jacobson) in Broomall has suggested yoga to keep my fitness health in check & to improve my muscle, flexibility & balance. I took Yoga classes near Old State Road, Media years ago, but have lapsed over time. Anyway, the instructor’s name was “Val”, not sure if this was you, but it was a wonderful experience attending her classes weekly. Anyway, I’d love to meet & consult with you regarding getting back into yoga wellness. Hope you can help … Diane Carpenter … 610-731-5141

    Hello! Yoga is an excellent exercise that allows us to calm our mind. I have been practicing it for several years, I even have a special place in my house for performing these exercises. A wool mat, scented candles and soft music in the background, this is what always accompanies me when doing yoga.
