Thank you for being part of our Middle Ground Community as we move into cooler days of mists and mellow fruitfulness! This is my favorite time of year here in the Northern Hemisphere for enjoying a few warm days, the changing colors and the shifting light.
I hope to offer an online Middle Ground workshop in November to embrace the hidden aspects of Autumn that will support us as we transition towards Winter. I will keep you posted!
The yoga schedule and walking at Chanticleer remain the same. Please note I will be out of town and will not be teaching live on Sunday 8th and Monday October 9th

The energy of Autumn, more than any other, supports our letting go of what is old and stale in our lives, leaving us receptive to the pure and new, granting us a vision of who we are in our essence. Autumn brings our awareness inwards moves us to eliminate what we no longer need.

A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience
WEDNESDAY
12.00pm – 1.00pm EST
Gentle Yoga Hour
Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.
FRIDAY
9.30am – 10.45am EST
Gentle Energy Yoga
A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.
SUNDAY
10.30am – 11.45am EST
Gentle Yoga
A nourishing yoga class for every body – Beginners welcome!
All regular classes are online via Zoom.
A private link will be sent before the meeting.

🍁Walks at Chanticleer on Thursdays at 10.30 am. No parking reservations needed.
Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to Zoom recordings of all live classes and 12 FREE video recordings to enjoy in their own time
There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.

Monthly Membership Scale of Donation $60.00 – $150.00
There will be 16 live classes in October. Monthly members receive recordings of all live classes and a Vimeo showcase of 12 videos to watch at any time. (Please pay at the beginning of the month)
