Embrace the present
Life’s challenges are lessons
What yearns to be known?
~

When we take time to pause and be present to whatever is arising in the moment, we open up to clarity and new insights.

These insights may naturally start with our thoughts. The more we sit with them, we allow an inner knowing to unfold beyond our thinking mind.

There is a deeper knowledge that wants to be seen and known. If we can take the time, especially when we are troubled, to go here, there is so much that can reveal itself.

When we face the struggle within us with self kindness, and recognize what is here, we allow it to be released. The protective controlling ego loosens its grip and true healing can begin.

The more we turn inwards, the more we touch the center of our being and the Love that is there.

Perfectly said Val… Learning to go within, and re-connect with our hearts in the Now of moments.. The more we all do that.. The more we will be able to climb higher as we trust in ourselves.. ❤ 💖✨🙏

Beautifully written and insightful post! I completely agree that taking the time to be present and sit with our thoughts allows for a deeper understanding to unfold. I’m curious, what tips or practices do you recommend for someone who struggles with self-kindness and releasing control?
