Just like a pilot flying a 747, we don’t need to make a 180 degree turn in order to change our course. The smallest adjustment in the right place can bring about exactly what we want.

Where is this place?

In our thinking.

Just like the pilot, in an instant, we can shift our focus from something that is heading us in the wrong direction, and into somewhere where we want to be.

Surround yourself with things that inspire you and fill your heart with gratitude and love – like looking at a photo of a loved one, or reaching to stroke a pet. This breaks the previous thought and creates a heart felt connection, instead of a calculating one.

Possibilities open up, and our spirits soar.

Let us be pilots of the heart to ease our way back home.

  5. Yes. Be open. Listen. Adjust your sails as necessary.

If you’re enjoying yourself, you’re getting warmer. If you’re not enjoying yourself, you need to make a course correction.
