Rise up and embrace
Nature’s nourishment and calm
After the rainfall

The storm is over
Make the most of this moment
Find your Middle Ground

So often we get disturbed and distracted by outer events. They challenge our sense of equilibrium and stir up unremembered pain and distress.

Be with this. It’s okay.

As we become adults, we live life’s experiences, recognize and begin to forgive the wounds from childhood, and enter a new domain.

At this stage, the storm, drama and catastophising is over. It is time for recognition and assimilation of what we have gone through.

Recognizing how we meet this. No turning back.

Accepting that it has happened. Finding forgiveness and compassion in the now.

  3. Loved you poem Val.. Storms often rise, then as they subside they show us how refreshed everything becomes… For it takes the rain to form the rainbows…

Lots of forgiveness and compassion are going to be needed…. And our healing balm will be always found holding our ‘Middle Ground’ my friend..
Sending Love and Hugs Val ❤

  10. Beautiful photos to begin this post, Val ~ sets the mood perfectly. Taking in all of life’s experiences, both good and bad, I agree with you to recognize and accept all experiences is what makes us who we are and allows us to move forward and as you say, enter a new domain. Difficult times are never easy, but there is still a seed of growth to be found in such times and embracing this can help so much. Such a positive post, thank you. Wishing you a great weekend ahead ~

    • Thank you so much Randall. Embracing it all is challenging … and reminds us to evolve each day… in our own way. Honoring where we are in this evolution and transformation. And lightening up when we can. 🦤🙏🏼🦩

  11. Yes to all that! It is a theme I ponder frequently, as many I love are still blaming their past for who they are today, many decades later. What a tragedy, to give away one’s power to the past. When one could be creating an amazing life! 🙏💓
