My online yoga teaching schedule will remain the same for the Fall. (September, October and November).

Classes are designed for every body and are open to those with some yoga experience.

I am offering a free online class to followers of my blog and friends of the existing yoga community.

Blog followers, please join me for a free class via Zoom. Complete the form below and I will send you the link before class.

Yoga monthly members, please invite a friend to join you for free. Let me know who it is and which session they would like to join, so I can bring them into class.

The name on your screen should match the person signed up. If you are borrowing someone else’s devise or have called it something else, like ‘my iPad’, I won’t know who you are to let you in.
