Save your sneaker soles
When life begins to wear thin
Find your Soul Ground

~

Instead of running. Slow down.

Instead of jumping ahead. Step aside.

Instead of doing. Find a seat.

Change your pace in life.

Take time to pause.

Breathe fully and slowly from the center of your being.

Open up to your Soul ground.

  2. That reminds me of this:

    Slow down
    You move too fast
You gotta make the morning last
    Kicking down the cobblestones
Looking for fun and feeling GROOVY! 😀

  4. I work hard all week, I spend one day a weekend on errands and “have to’s” and the last day is mine to dream, sleep, imagine, and wonder.

  6. Just taking the time to read the list is refreshing, Val. I think stepping out of the way is my favorite. 🙂
