Welcome to the March Community News! The snow is melting (here at least!) and the bulbs are beginning to peak through. Sap is rising in nature … Can you feel it within you too?

This is also a time for us to take care of our physical bodies, and move the energy that is stirring within us! Gentle Yoga and Mindful Movement this month will focus on moving our inner energy and opening up the body. I will add some Qi Gong as well to prepare us for the upsurge of Spring energy!

Please note that I will be in ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ Scotland from March 19-29. There will be no live classes while I am away, but I will be teaching on Monday 30th. Monthly members, please adjust your donation accordingly. Thank you so much for being here!

๐ŸŽˆPOP-UP YOGA๐ŸŽˆ Starting in March we will meet on the second Thursday of the month! Mark your calendar of March 12th at 10.45am. Enjoy Kripalu Gentle Yoga with some hands on goodness at Radiant Heart Yoga and Wellness,ย 2725 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. The suggested donation is $20. ๐ŸŒ€Energy Re-Sets ๐ŸŒ€ These offerings are still available online and include seven 8-15 minute videos to play each day of the week, or when you feel stressed, anxious or out of balance. Val guides you in techniques that come from the traditions of Yoga, Qi Gong and Chinese Medicine and are backed by modern science and adapted for everyday life. These are yours to access online or download. Suggested donation is $35.
