🍂Val’s November Community News🍂🗞️

~
Give yourself a break

This time is for letting go
Tune in to nature

Can you pull away
from external bombardment
Just enough to be?

That is the challenge
feel in to what resonates
be true to yourself.

Welcome to the December Community News! Here you will find the latest class schedule and events, and the options for making a donation.

According to the Weather Channel we enter winter on December 1st.

Here in the northern hemisphere, the soft golden hues of autumn are being replaced by icy stings, windy drafts and the cold damp of nature and she draws everything in to incubate and protect all. If there were not the Holidays, this is the season for turning inwards and embracing the small and big things that nourish and sustain us.appreciating what we have, and letting go of what no longer serves us.

The yoga schedule remains the same for December. In-person Gentle Kripalu Yoga  is on Thursday December 18th at 10.45 am @ Radiant Heart, Broomall.

💐Chanticleer is open until Sunday November 9th. Feel free to join me for a 🎈POP-UP WALK🎈 on Thursday November 6th at 10.30am! No parking reservations needed.
