meditating

I am exploring how to share guided meditations with more people. This is an experiment. The first is a short audio meditation using Quickplayer. The second is a Body Scan recording on YouTube and the third is a Meditative Inquiry recording via Vimeo and WordPress.

Let me know which resonates with you 🙏

Take a mini middle ground pause with this two minute audio meditation 🙏🏻

Set aside 7 minutes for this radiant smiling heart meditation on You Tube.

And now a video with a meditative self inquiry. When you connect to your inner being and ask a question. Let the answer come from deep within, rather than from the analytical mind.

Hi Val — I loved all 3 meditations — I found the sound on the Youtube one the best. And, as my eyes are closed, sound becomes heightened.

Um…all three 🤗 I think it was just a delight to give myself permission to just stop and be in the moment. They all worked well so maybe put all three on a page up on your menu bar so that they can be selected at will. Thank you for sharing Val, a reminder to allow ourselves to listen to our hearts 😀❤️🙏

Each of the three were wonderful, I also found the sound better on YouTube, Though it was clearer on the quick player if I put head phones in, as I tried a second time with earphones in..

I certainly felt nice and relaxed Val and should have a great nights sleep after those lovely meditations.. Thank you…
Have a lovely weekend Val ❤ xx Hugs my friend xx ✨💖🙏

    Val,

Thank you for all of these. You have a calming voice. After the first one I felt more grounded in my body, more connected to the earth.

I appreciate the specific directions like, “separate your teeth, feel your body in the chair.”

I like the idea of the sidebar to have these available to your readers. I also think you could reshare them at the end of future posts. I can always use a friendly reminder.

    Keep shining your light.

    Ali

I liked the first one (audio only) the best because I felt “free” to keep my eyes closed without checking in to watch you.

And it was the best 2 minutes I spent today. Aah . . . that’s better!

Val Boyko, such a beautiful meditation! I love how it encourages us to connect with our hearts and release what we carry. It reminds me of the transformative experiences we seek at events like Burning Man, where self-expression and creativity thrive. If you’re interested, I recently wrote about the surreal journey of the Burning Man Festival and its impact on personal growth. You can check it out here: [Beyond the Flames: A Journey Through the Surreal Experience of Burning Man Festival](https://exaltedarticlesbykathleen.wordpress.com/2024/11/04/beyond-the-flames-a-journey-through-the-surreal-experience-of-burning-man-festival/). Thank you for sharing this lovely meditation!”
