Our lives are a series
of highs and lows. Like streams
tumbling down mountainsides
or waves crashing onto shores
Cleansing waters and renewal.

Each waterfall and wave brings
possibilities and gifts.
The gift of noticing, listening
and of becoming present.
Being open to whatever
comes next. No matter
the ups and downs of everyday

Knowing it will pass
Reach out gladly and
take hold of everything
life has to offer.
