Be alert to nature’s
harmonies. Pay attention
to those small details that
catch your eye, or touch
you like butterfly wings.
Here and gone in a breath.
Breathe it all in. Every inhale
an opening to a new present.
Every exhale a letting go
of the past.
You say “It can’t be
as easy as that”.
… Yet, it is.
Open your senses and
your heart to the
wonder of it all.
In the journey into
the present you
