Nature takes her time
March enters like a lion
April lambs ahead
~
The forecast for the next couple of weeks here in the NorthEast US, is cold, windy and snow filled.
Nature has her own rhythm right now, and reminds us of the importance for snow to moisten and nourish the earth for Spring.
Finding your Middle Ground is about pausing and accepting what is happening in the here and now.
If you hear yourself complaining about the weather, remember Eckhart Tolle’s words:
“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? What could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is.
Say “yes” to life —and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”
And keep that snow shovel handy!

It is a wise thought to never argue with current reality. Enjoy the beauty that the weather brings. Change will come soon enough. Have a beautiful day.

So relevant how the current weather and forecasts look like – our attitude does affect our life. Eckharte Tolle has a very special way to ground us into What Is. I loved reading his words here again.

So true Val. When I fight against something it gets worse, but when I go and flow with it somehow everything works out.

Now that I’m back in the mountains, and no longer on the coast, I appreciate this lovely weather, as it prepares to unfold into Spring. A beautiful reminder of accepting what is. Indeed resistance is futile! 💕

Wise words.. here too while February ended on a high.. March is roaring in like the lion… We forget that Nature and ourselves are One.. When we bring in that calm, I am sure nature will begin to reflect it back to us..
Love and Blessings Val.. Have a beautiful new week despite the snow and cold.. Stay safe and keep warm.. ❤

I truly believe in this, although sometimes it is difficult to say yes…but the sooner I do say yes, the better it gets. Thanks for the reminder, Val.

Saying “yes” to the moment is a lot nicer than fighting it…wish I’d learned this much, much earlier in my life. LOL!

“Nature has her own rhythm right now, and reminds us of the importance for snow to moisten and nourish the earth for Spring.” An important piece to remember. I’ve just looked out my window to see the result of our latest storm and am so grateful to recognize I’m still moved by the beauty of it all. The trees are coated in white, the ground is once again a field of marshmallow fluff. This is what is. I can be content.

Strange weather everywhere. And well stated, for what else to do But to accept (yet more rain, so heavy it woke me at 3:30 and here I sit typing this to you!). Makes one appreciate the sun inordinately when it slivers down from the heavens 😉 Aloha ❤
