Inspiration – Deep Peace

Savasana is the final pose in yoga.  After our physical practice, we lie down and let go. Its a time to relax, restore and nourish the mind, body and spirit.

This is one of my favorite songs to play. Enjoy this beautiful melody, words and images from Ashana. Let them wash over you and through you as a meditation.

Deep peace to you. 🙏

  3. This just reminds us that the language of peace requires no language at all; it transcends all barriers, languages and differences as it arises from the deepest core of our being, the part that is constantly striving for peace or “ananda”. It resonates with all, reminding us that we are all connected and have sprung from the same original, omnipresent, benevolent and infinite source. Thank you for sharing, Val. You always prompt me to think…..
