The final statement of the Buddha to one of his principle disciples :

I so agree so with this philosophy Val. There is so much information surrounding us it can be bewildering. I see it as a massive field of white noise within which you have to find the true signal. When I find ‘truth’ it resonates deep in my heart and so i know it is right – at least right for me, we each have our own realities 🙂

I think it is the having faith in our own journey and experiences that can be so challenging sometimes — we want to put the responsibility for it on others — and yet, it is only when we embrace 100% responsibility for our own experience that we truly do find ourselves at peace.
