Come home to your self

You are not what
you can think of
or imagine in your mind

You are so much more

Seeing goes beyond
what you know

Embrace the unknown
and connect to the love
that is always here

This is where you are
Unknowing yet knowing

Love is what you are

~ Val Boyko

My thanks to Ali Grimshaw, her writing circle, and John Welwood for the inspiration for this poem.

Yes, contemporary culture says, “Do love” rather than “Be love.” The distance between the two is narrowing.
