Seasonal transformation
Beauty in decay

This is a time of fruition and transformation in nature … and in ourselves.

There is a different kind of beauty in this cycle.

How easily we embrace the seasons in nature, yet how hard for us to accept it in ourselves.

What is ripening and releasing within you, so you can begin a new cycle?

    Interesting to ponder that question… wondering why our first reaction is resistance to change? Experience tells us that change is constant, like a river flowing around us, but we still seem to want the river to stand still. Silly, as the water will get stagnant if it does!

    I called my book ‘moving moments’ for this exact reason. Life is constantly moving, transforming and rejuvenating, but our past trauma, suffering and pain, prevent us from flowing with life and this constant evolving. May we all take the time to feel and heal ourselves deeply. Beautiful words and reminder Val. 🙏🏻🤗

      Ok Jim, now you are sounding like my husband. He is in count down mode from June 22. Winter overall seems to be a little easier and more moderate around here, due to climate change or wishful thinking 🤔
