open your heart

Your heart is the light of this world. Don’t cover it with your mind.

How easy it is to get wrapped up in our thoughts, convincing ourselves that we must find the answers through our thinking.
The analytical mind likes to be in charge, and thinks it has all the answers.
When the ego take control in this way, its a powerful adversary, keeping us in denial from seeing the truth.
When you hear this message, know that it is time to shift attention away from the ego mind and come back to your heart.
Your heart will always be the light of this world, despite what your ego mind tells you.
Let your heart show itself with love and connection to others and yourself.
