It only takes a minute or two to come to your Middle Ground in a busy day.

Here is a 2 minute meditation in my own voice.

I hope you feel better for it 🙂

p.s. Please let me know if you have any difficulties listening to this audio recording. I’m a techno novice!

  5. That was awesome! I hesitated as I’m not big on meditation; however, it was only 2 min, and I decided I could try it. SO GLAD I DID! That was wonderful, thank you Val!

    • Thank you Kate for giving it a go. It doesn’t need to be long to bring us into the present moment. Glad you enjoyed it 🙂

  6. Many thanks, Val. I just sat down with a cup of hot tea and saw your post. While my tea was cooling, I relaxed into your voice and my breath and body. Ahhh… And now for the tea. 🙂

It’s wonderful hearing your voice. From now on, as I read your writing, you’ll be even more present.
You asked about the tech stuff. Well, there is a sort of high hiss in the background you might want to check. I listened on my iphone so maybe it plays differently there. Keep up the good work.
