* Take a 2 Minute Break

It only takes a minute or two to come to your Middle Ground in a busy day.

Here is a 2 minute meditation in my own voice.

I hope you feel better for it 🙂

  4. That was awesome! I hesitated as I’m not big on meditation; however, it was only 2 min, and I decided I could try it. SO GLAD I DID! That was wonderful, thank you Val!

  5. Many thanks, Val. I just sat down with a cup of hot tea and saw your post. While my tea was cooling, I relaxed into your voice and my breath and body. Ahhh… And now for the tea. 🙂

  6. It’s wonderful hearing your voice. From now on, as I read your writing, you’ll be even more present.
    You asked about the tech stuff. Well, there is a sort of high hiss in the background you might want to check. I listened on my iphone so maybe it plays differently there. Keep up the good work.

About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
