In the winter I turned seventy
Spirit said to me
The planets are aligned
It’s time to make it clear
~
Stop your pondering and wondering
What you have to do
Take your time, slow down
Notice things anew
~
What you should be doing now
Is clear as light of day
Keep touching other peoples lives
To guide them on their way
~
Share the gifts you have been given
Be open to the new
Listen for life’s lessons
You must keep learning too
~
Souls need love and understanding
In these shocking times
Reach out and touch an other’s heart
Together you will shine.

You are here to make a difference
Let there be no doubt
Be present to it all and still

Well, I guess I have been told! This definitely feels like a new chapter. Inspiration has touched my heart and soul.
In my forties I discovered my dharma has always been to learn, grow and share. Yoga and coaching were the paths I chose. In my fifties I forgave others and myself, and found healing. I began this blog and discovered the joy of writing from the heart. In my sixties I awakened to the Source of all being and the healing power in me. As I enter my seventieth year I choose to make a difference every day and follow the calling of my soul.
