Thank you for being part of our Middle Ground Community as we enter February. Some of you will enjoy some time away in warmer climates, but most of us here in the Northern Hemisphere are ready for some brighter days!
Winter is a time to nurture ourselves, awaken to the light within and cultivate inner peace to support ourselves and the world. It’s a time to find our inner flow, while ensuring we remain grounded.
Let us embrace yoga together from the comfort of our own spaces and in person on the Third Thursdays of each month.
Please join me and a lovely group of yoga friends at The Haverford CREC, (9000 Parkview Dr, Haverford, PA 19041) on January 15th at 10.30am for in-person yoga. Please pay ahead of time to reserve your spot. The suggested donation is $20.00.
For those thinking of joining me for the first time, or bringing a friend, then remember that the first Zoom class is free 😎

MONDAY

Gentle Flow Yoga
A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience
WEDNESDAY
12.00pm – 1.00pm EST
Gentle Yoga Hour
Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.
FRIDAY
9.30am – 10.45am EST
Gentle Energy Yoga
A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.
SUNDAY
10.30am – 11.45am EST
Gentle Yoga
A nourishing yoga class for every body – Beginners welcome!
All regular classes are online via Zoom.
A private link will be sent before the meeting.

💦 Walking at Stoneleigh on Thursdays at noon will continue, weather permitting.
💦 THIRD THURSDAY in person Yoga on February 15th at 10.30am ET
Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to Zoom recordings of all live classes and 12 FREE video recordings to enjoy in their own time
There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.
Drop In – Suggested Donation $15.00
Choose your pledge amount based on your means and appreciation for practicing together in community. (Please pay before class)
Monthly Membership Scale of Donation $60.00 – $150.00
There will be 16 live classes in October. Monthly members receive recordings of all live classes and a Vimeo showcase of 12 videos to watch at any time. (Please pay at the beginning of the month)
