This post is part of my spiritual decluttering.

“The very grasping for an answer, for a response, for a solution that relieves us of the burden of feeling, is the problem. Without the grasping of the seeker, there is no solution. Without a solution, the nature of the problem fundamentally changes.”

~ Steven Harrison. from “The Shimmering World, Living Meditation”

The mind seeks answers to make us feel better and in control.

What if there is no solution to find.

When we realize this, there becomes no answer and ultimately no problem in the first place.

Everything has changed.

Nothing is wrong.

It is the way it is, and continues to unfold.

Can you be with it?

Namaste

  2. YES! Can we be with “what is”? It’s unfolding–and such a relaxation when it happens.

  3. I’m not sure this would work with my students while taking a test. If they provide no answers, the problem just get worse… πŸ™‚

    • Yep … relax… enjoy … see what shows up. No problem. Nothing wrong. Just life unfolding it’s lessons.
Which is all possible when we feel supported and loved.

  6. We often do waste a lot of energy resisting ‘what is.’ Silly human nature! πŸ˜‰

  7. Wouldn’t that mean we fell asleep on the train…missing all those beautiful views? Or isn’t the train there either? πŸ˜‚ 🀣 I suppose everything appears to have opposites, emotions, effects etc. so I would think the ‘other’ place I have touched that this ‘down here’ must be its opposite and has something to show us…to step beyond its binding and appreciate its freedom? Conditional to unconditional? πŸ˜€ ❀️ πŸ™πŸ½ πŸ¦‹

    • Open the mind and see what shows up. It isn’t easy to get past the analysis and trying to figure things out. Yet the deepest part of us already knows the truth. Our step out and beyond becomes a returning to within. Conditional to unconditional feels just right πŸ’›πŸ™πŸ’›

      • I did let it all go Val…and it was beyond words. But every now and then I kick my toe to let me know I’m still here, and that there is still much beauty here to appreciate anyway. It needs to remind me I still haven’t arrived yet, even if I think I have πŸ˜€ ❀️ πŸ™πŸ½ πŸ¦‹ πŸ˜‚ 🀣

        • I hear you Mark. πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ’•We see and feel different aspects of the awakening. We think we have it …. And then something expands into our awareness. The best lesson (perhaps) is to appreciate the multiple unveilings and insights as we go along. That’s where our friends and community

            • Well said dear lady, it does have many facets and each one a diamond all its own. Just like all those we know and love, each sharing another way, another part of this big lovely world. • Thank you Jet. There is a maturity as we experience life more fully, and an acceptance that we are not in charge after all. Thank you for being here on this evolution to understanding the great good and the path we must walk together πŸ’›πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ’•

  12. Wonderful share and perspective … As difficult as these times are, we are seeing that all things have purpose including all these difficult bits which have allowed many to go within and wake up to themselves and look at life from a different perspective… Even though for most people they still want to be control and move things along at a quicker pace…
We have to understand the GOD- Source is in charge… Always has been and we often need reminders That everything including us, are in perfect alignment for that which we need to learn and progress through..

This Earth School is just about to put Humanity to its most Ultimate Test…. lets hope we are learning our lessons so we can gather our grades.. πŸ˜‰
Much love dear Val…. Wonderful to be back and read wisdom here in your blog again my friend ❀

I notice that we may use different words, yet find connection in their deeper meaning. This is where our future lies. Beyond the superficial and attuning to the interconnectiveness of us all. πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ’•
