    So appropriate! Today in meditation I had to work out some less than pleasant feelings, I had gotten an email first thing that just hit me wrong, full of lots of orders, and it took a bit for me to turn it around and find the joy in helping – and I felt loads lighter when I did! I love to help others, and was glad to read this to reinforce my joy in serving!
