Realize deeply that you are beyond thought

You are not the thoughts you hear in your head

You are so much more

You are the awareness in which you perceive and see it all.

Listen closely without judgment

Step inwards and discover your Middle Ground

Dive deeper and find the peace that is waiting for you

Namaste

I once had a college instructor tell us we could not help the thoughts our brain generated. We were in control, though, of what we did with those thoughts. That gave me great comfort. This post reminded me of that.

Wonderful, we could all do with stepping deeper into our Inner Peace right now, as we learn to spread it outwards to all whom we meet..

Great post. I believe the greatest power we have is where we place our attention. Neuroscience informs us we have 60,000 a day cross our consciousness. More than one a second during waking hours.

Common sense tells us we let 59,900 plus just fade away harmlessly. Why would we ever grasp a negative thought or entertain anything negative.

    What fires together wires together.

    Negative, unworthy thought are poison

    Here I am.
    Alive. Awake. Aware.
Watching the “what is” as it is.
    Allowing it to be.

    Beyond thought.

    Aah . . . that’s better!

I needed to read that again today. I’m learning to look at those thoughts and wonder sometimes whose they really are. I’ve erased a lot of tapes in my head from other people and pay attention to the kind of thoughts they are. Good one, Val.

It’s all in that fabulous fourth line of yours, Val; the centre line of seven — the middle ground is where it’s at. H ❤
