A good friend of mine is embracing her inner β€œelf” this holiday season. It does make me smile πŸ™‚

We think of elves as those pixie like creatures that help out Santa. They work hard and play. Β They make mistakes and laugh.Β Β They are sometimes impulsive yet kind. They find the joy and mischief in everyday things.Β 

Our Inner Elf is innocent, fun and vulnerable.

Why not encourage him or her to come out to play and make this a time to lighten up and embrace your Inner Elf.

  4. My inner elf is shaking her head right now, she says I’ve been indulging too much. I promised her I’ll change my ways starting tomorrow, but also explained to her how holiday food traditions are simply irresistible πŸ™‚ She’s smiling.
