I decided to go for a walk today

and had a change of plan

I listened to my heart

and decided to go dancing instead

Yes – like no one is looking

Move it, rock it and let your yogi dance!

    I sing out loud sometimes when I do my walk in the mornings Val, and it feels great. The cows don’t object but my daughter laughs at me if she tags along.
