A hundred daffodils

lift their faces

to the sun,

never noticing

their own golden light

    Beautiful, Val! Love that golden light – the outward and inward kind. 😉 It may sound strange to put it this way, but I’ve been “craving” daffodils lately. I was on the hunt for some while out running errands yesterday. I found lots of tulips, which are lovely, but no daffodils were to be found. Of course, I didn’t check at an actual florist haha! Might need to stop there this week… 💕
