  2. So, so true. As it happens I, too, had made a decision to listen carefully today to what I’m thinking about.

That’s a profoundly wise saying from ET.

    • Tuning in with awareness is so helpful in maintaining balance. Don has a scan today to see if the chemo is working in reducing his tumours. Both our minds will be leaping ahead with different scenarios until we hear the results. I won’t be posting about it but will let you know. xo
In the meantime let us both breathe deeply and take time to center ourselves beyond our thinking 💛

  3. Deep breaths to you today, Val.💕

And like most of us, I have spent a lifetime trying to control the power of those negative thoughts. Always a challenge, in spite of the fact that most of what we worry about rarely comes true.

  4. The quote is so very true – I have to stop myself from letting my monkey brain take control! Sometimes it just needs some quiet/meditation, and sometimes a phone call to the source helps! 🙂

  6. True. I am often amazed when I self-analyze why I feel pain at the pit of my stomach and it is for fear of something that MAY happen, rather than anything that is real.

  9. I completely agree with this. I lose so much time worrying about things that never happen.
