  2. So, so true. As it happens I, too, had made a decision to listen carefully today to what I’m thinking about.

That’s a profoundly wise saying from ET.

    1. Tuning in with awareness is so helpful in maintaining balance. Don has a scan today to see if the chemo is working in reducing his tumours. Both our minds will be leaping ahead with different scenarios until we hear the results. I won’t be posting about it but will let you know. xo
In the meantime let us both breathe deeply and take time to center ourselves beyond our thinking ๐Ÿ’›

  3. Deep breaths to you today, Val.๐Ÿ’•

And like most of us, I have spent a lifetime trying to control the power of those negative thoughts. Always a challenge, in spite of the fact that most of what we worry about rarely comes true.

  4. The quote is so very true – I have to stop myself from letting my monkey brain take control! Sometimes it just needs some quiet/meditation, and sometimes a phone call to the source helps! ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. True. I am often amazed when I self-analyze why I feel pain at the pit of my stomach and it is for fear of something that MAY happen, rather than anything that is real.
