  2. “Selling of Sickness.” Such an interestingly important concept. Who stands to profit most from the medicalization of life and aging? Certainly not the patients. Definitely the providers.

  3. When people begin to deep dive into Big Pharma, they will find its not about helping people get better, their profits come from keeping people sick.

Thanks for the link Val. Makes for interesting reading.

I try avoiding all things ” chemical “… good nutrition, and exercise and nature’s remedies I try sticking to . ☘️🍀💛☘️🍀

    Much love ❤️ xx 😘

    • Good for you Sue. 💝 You may not know that I was married to a Big Pharma Doctor for 25 years. He tried to represent the well being of patients. At first he was honored and respected , but there was so much pressure from senior management and shareholders to focus on positive trial results and on profitability, rather than patient well being. He burned out, his best friend in an other big pharma died, and our marriage ended under all the pressure.
It’s a different business nowadays that’s for sure.

      • I was sorry to read this Val… Pressure is huge in the Big Pharma industry .. I know my hubby had a friend also a Doctor, who said the intimidation and persistence of drug representatives and incentives to promote certain drugs to patients was unreal… And I feel lots of people are then caught in a trap ..
Much love Val…. and I truly thank you for sharing that information….
        Sending LOVE and Blessings ❤

  4. That article was a very well researched paper Val. Jessica could ‘feel’ this deceit the medical industry is built on and showed it for what it was. I’ve almost been killed three times by doctors, and I know it isn’t an exact science but the attitude, deceit and care factor have truly created an industry that is deliberately lost. We used to put them on a pedestal…but now…now they are fighting politicians for that lowest of the low rung. Yes, there are doctors who care, very much, but the system it is built on is dragging them down. May they have the courage to band together and stop its corruption, for their own hearts and in empathy for those many it abuses. Thank you Val, this is very appreciated. The more that know this truth the more pressure to break this deceit at its core ❤️🙏🏽

    • Thank you Mark. 💐🙏🏻💛
People and companies feed off our ignorance and innate conditioned respect for authority figures. It feels good to be informed and also tuned in to what our own body mind and spirit yearns for. Finding like minded souls also helps bring balance and well being 🥰

  5. I really appreciated this well written and researched piece. I am one of those that doctors don’t particularly like because when I am told that I must undergo a diagnostic test of some kind, I generally say, “no, thank you.” My career of 25 years I’m a regulatory agency in our government have me a front row seat to the tactics of Big Phrma. I trust myself, listen to my body, do all I can to make healthy choices and keep living. If something is amiss, I will know. I need not wait for someone outside of me to tell me what is “wrong” inside of me. Thank you, Val for introducing me to another like minded person. 🙏🏻💜

    • Thank you Carrie for this. We must all learn to tune into our bodies and find the right way to support and nourish them. Aging is not a disease after all 🥰

      • Yes…as much as the medical establishment would have us believe that it is, and treat it as such, it simply is not a dis-ease. I apologize for the autocorrect typos in my comment above.
