โ€œThereโ€™s nothing to prove, nothing to figure out, nothing to get, nothing to understand.
When we finally stop explaining to ourselves, we may discover that in silence,ย complete understanding is already there.โ€

Steve Hagen

Within nothing is everything

Beyond everything is nothing

When the unknown becomes known there is nothing to know

Let it be found in stillness

Synchronicity Val…love this…I had the quote from Living Your Divinity in my heart all day today, about awakening..and the doing nothing is where all the magic happens and the unfolding appears with grace. Indeed, it’s in the stillness and acceptance…of that space of nothing to do, and Everything simply, softly, happens…the Soul always knows…we were born with auto timers!!!! Blessings abundant ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’–

โ— About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
