Haiku – love within

the love within

Nothing to achieveย
Except facing love within.
Find Your Middle Ground
~

Find your Middle Ground is about stepping away from stressful days and anxiety driven minds, and taking time to pause.

When we rest in this place, ย we are able to let go of judgments and how we wish things should be. We allow ourselves to open up to what is in this moment. And in doing so, connect with our authentic being and life energy. We find contentment no matter what is happening in the highs and lows of life.

I ย believe that we can all contribute to world peace. It starts with being kind to ourselves and finding love within ourselves. Helping others is a good place to start, but the real work is ours to do for ourselves. We must find that loving, nourishing and inspiring place I call our Middle Ground.

Enjoy these words from Esther Hicks or what it takes to love yourself and feel good.

โ— About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
