“Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung” is the mantra for sacred healing. This healing meditation is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves. If no particular person comes to mind, open your voice and heart to all of humanity and mother earth.

Sit quietly with eyes closed. Sing along with Snatam Kaur and imagine sending healing energy to whoever needs it most today.  I am sending this to my angry monkey.

Translation:

Ra – Sun

Ma – Moon

Daa – Earth

Saa – Impersonal Infinity

Saa Say – Totality of Infinity

So – Personal sense of merger and identity

Hung – The infinite, vibrating and real.

    Beautiful!

I thought it was the mantra we used in a healing meditation at Aluna Wellness, but instead it was Sa Ta Na Ma with mudras.

Thank you, Val. I love this. Beautiful video. Loved singing along. I couldn’t close my eyes because the pictures were so lovely. Next time, eyes closed…..but not while driving. 🙂 Part of the nice thing about the pictures was sending love to the Mother. ❤

I love the rhythmic nature of this mantra. Once you start it just pulls you in and you find yourself lost in it. Thank you for the reminder. Many blessings, my friend.

I thought I commented the other day – but I guess not! I did my morning meditation with this today, and it was lovely! I actually directed it towards myself, as I am in a place where I need some healing, and feel better prepared to face the day!
